What You'll Do Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing. Perform equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and production changeovers. Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime. Maintain production quality through in-process inspections and documentation. Work closely with team members to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Help reduce scrap and improve overall production performance.

What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Reliable attendance and proven dependability. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or production experience is a plus.
