As a Welder, you'll fabricate parts and assemblies for custom projects built to exact customer specifications, working in a clean, well-equipped environment alongside talented professionals who value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Interpret and follow welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings. Use calibrated measuring tools to properly fit up assemblies. Utilize hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery-powered tools.
Operate plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and carbon air arc equipment. Weld in various positions using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Maintain equipment and a clean work area. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Assist in other production areas as needed. Essential Skills Experience with GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Working knowledge of industry tools and equipment. Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math. Ability to pass visual and bend tests in various processes and positions.
