Job Title: Materials Handler Job Description Material Handlers will work in a climate-controlled and clean environment, primarily in and around the cleanroom. Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available. The role involves using purchase orders and sales orders to prepare orders for shipment via FedEx and UPS, utilizing an ERP system to set them up. Responsibilities Remove shipped materials from delivery vehicles.
Examine receiving documents for storage destination. Pull stored materials for orders and move them to production or shipping areas. Document information related to receipt, storage, or distribution. Use computer systems to locate materials. Work with direct supervision. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience with shipping and receiving supporting manufacturing. Basic computer skills or ERP system experience.
Proficiency in navigating Windows, performing data entry, and managing emails. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience setting up shipments via computer systems. Familiarity with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Experience as a material handler with inventory, stocking, and kitting. Experience in setting up shipments for FedEx and UPS. Oracle system knowledge is a plus, though not required.

Work Environment Work within a warehouse alongside a team of approximately 10-12 people in the Material Handling group.
The environment is air-conditioned, with a casual dress code, though occasional attire for the air lock room is required, including gloves, shoe covers, and hair nets. Available shifts include 1st shift from 8am-4:30pm and 2nd shift from 1pm-9:30pm. Some Saturdays and occasional overtime are expected, with most overtime being voluntary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
