Safely Support Patient Mobility: Guide and assist patients with movement and positioning, protecting their physical safety while helping them build momentum in their recovery. Serve as an Essential Clinical Observer: Act as vital eyes and ears for the care team by identifying and reporting subtle shifts in physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff—advocating directly for patient safety.

Maintain Accurate Care Journeys: Document patient care and observations promptly to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team and maintain high standards of record-keeping. Create a Safe, Healing Environment: Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and well-prepared medical equipment to foster a hygienic, welcoming space for healing. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
