Counselor specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred. Case Manager credentialed from the American Case Management Association (ACMA) preferred. Education: Master's degree in Social Work required.
