Position Summary You will join our People Services team to deliver day-to-day HR operations and excellent employee support.
You will process employee transactions, maintain accurate data, and help resolve queries through our HR systems and ticketing tools. You will work with colleagues across HR, finance, IT, and vendors. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Process routine employee lifecycle transactions accurately and on time using HR systems and ticketing tools. - Monitor service queues, response times and service level agreements to meet team targets. - Respond to employee and manager queries via tickets and chat, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Maintain and improve data quality through validations, reconciliations and bulk updates. - Prepare and share regular reports and dashboards to track trends and support improvements. - Support training, quality checks and knowledgebase updates to ensure consistent service. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information systems or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR operations, shared services, customer support or data management. - Practical experience with HR systems or ticketing tools, for example Workday or ServiceNow. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and compliance requirements. - Good written and spoken English communication skills. - This role is hybrid, based in India, with on-site attendance as defined by the local team.
Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with payroll inputs, one-time payments or bulk data uploads. - Familiarity with HR lifecycle processes: hire, transfer, promotion, leaver and related checks. - Ability to build simple dashboards or reports using Excel or basic BI tools. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying process gaps. - Comfortable working across time zones and with geographically distributed teams.
