Required Experience · 4+ years’ experience as Cook or similar at a 5-Star hospitality and/or restaurant environment; shipboard experience is an advantage. · Advanced culinary skills and in-depth knowledge about all the sections within the hot and cold kitchen · Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards, with excellent knowledge of all Public Health Policies are required.
· Must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and productively in a team. · Food handling certification required Role Overview As part of our Mississippi Food & Beverage team your job as a Cook is to prepare delicious meals for our Guests and Crew according to the various recipes set out by the Executive Chef · You will be reporting to the Assistant Chef de Partie · You will be expected to work on a 10-12/3-4 rotation (10-12 weeks on board and 3-4 weeks off on vacation).
