Zug, Switzerland | Full-time Reports to: Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations About Blue Earth Capital Blue Earth Capital is a global, independent specialist impact investment firm headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with team members based in London, New York, Madrid and Konstanz. With approximately USD 1.9 billion in assets under management, we invest across Private Equity, Private Credit and Private Equity Partnerships, seeking measurable environmental and social impact alongside attractive, market-rate financial returns.

BlueEarth is owned by the Blue Earth Foundation, a Swiss charitable foundation that uses the firm’s profits to support philanthropic initiatives. The role Help grow our investor base across DACH, Nordic and Benelux markets. You will develop investor relationships and progress fundraising opportunities across our investment strategies and bespoke solutions, working closely with the Head of Fundraising DACH.

The appointment will be at Associate or Vice President level, reflecting your experience. What you will do Develop an agreed portfolio of existing and prospective investors, building trusted relationships and tailored engagement plans. Identify and approach new prospects, turning investor dialogue into a well-prioritised fundraising pipeline. Align DACH investor targeting, relationship ownership and fundraising execution with the Head of Fundraising DACH.

Progress assigned opportunities from initial engagement through due diligence and investor decisions, coordinating colleagues and follow-up. Coordinate investor reporting, updates and queries with internal teams, providing responsive and accurate service. What you bring Relevant experience in private-markets fundraising, investor relations or distribution, with evidence of contributing to fundraising outcomes. Strong private-markets knowledge and the ability to build understanding across the BlueEarth platform. Commercial judgement and clear communication of investment strategies, financial objectives and impact to investors.

Strong relationship and project-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent priorities. Professional fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel regularly to our target markets. A clear motivation for impact investing. Direct impact-investing experience is an advantage.
