  Job Description   Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a  General Warehouse Associate  position at our  Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA  location for  1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed . The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. If you’re looking for a hands-on opportunity where your warehouse experience makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you!   Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Participate in team/safety meetings Additional duties as assigned   Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Certification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred Working knowledge of SAP 1-2  years’ experience in distribution or warehouse setting Ability to shift operational priorities and business needs Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively   Qualifications   Requirements: Must be able and willing to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at elevated heights of up to 35 feet Must be able and willing to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and/or weekends Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment   Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
