Learn more at corporate.colliers.com.    Job Description How you would contribute to business: Participate in valuation and consultancy assignments, ensuring reports are prepared accurately, professionally and within agreed timelines. Conduct and deliver quality due diligence work for property details Conduct site inspections in Hong Kong and/or overseas, where required, and collect relevant data to support valuation analysis and advisory reports.
Prepare financial feasibility studies, valuation analyses and advisory reports across different property sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the team’s business development and service quality objectives. Qualifications Skills that would help you excel in the role: Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or other related disciplines 2+ years of relevant experience in property valuation in Hong Kong or APAC markets.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager level Experience gained from a commercial real estate consultancy or public housing and land authorities will be an advantage Professional qualification or progress towards RICS / HKIS membership is highly regarded Strong analytical, numerical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and prepare well-supported valuation opinions Detail-minded, organised and able to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in another Asian language would be an advantage.
