Job Description We are seeking a dedicated In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker to join our luxury resort team in {NAME}, Maldives.

As an IVD Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences from the comfort of their villas. Answer incoming calls from guests and take accurate food and beverage orders Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Assist guests with special dietary requirements or food allergies Input orders into the resort's point-of-sale system with precision Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries and requests related to in-villa dining services Upsell additional items and promote daily specials when appropriate Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, pricing, and promotions Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and billed to the correct villa Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred) Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including dietary restrictions and allergies Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organisational skills Food safety certification (preferred) Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to work in a tropical island environment Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Additional Information WORK WITH CONSTANCE 🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
