Job Description Review and evaluate the Contractor’s baseline programme, detailed work programme, and project schedules for completeness, logic, sequence, and compliance with contractual requirements. Examine the construction programme and activity schedules to ensure that planned activities, milestones, resources, and timelines are realistic and achievable. Monitor actual project progress against the approved baseline programme , identify deviations, and assess their impact on project completion dates and milestones.

Review and analyse programme updates, revisions, recovery programmes, catch-up plans, and revised schedules submitted by the Contractor. Identify critical path activities, delays, slippages, constraints, and potential schedule risks , and recommend appropriate mitigation and corrective measures. Review the Contractor’s resource deployment plans , including manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity assumptions, in relation to the approved programme.

Assess the impact of variations, design changes, site constraints, approvals, utilities, and other factors on the project schedule and completion milestones. Prepare and review progress monitoring reports, schedule analysis, S-curves, milestone tracking, look-ahead programmes, and other project control reports . Coordinate with the Team Leader/Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Contractor, and other technical specialists to resolve scheduling issues and improve project performance.

Utilize appropriate project management and scheduling software/tools for programme development, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and presentation, and provide recommendations to ensure timely completion of the project. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University  Professional Experience of at least 12 years in handling Highway Projects Program Schedule Reviewer Medical certificate of fitness as per Appendix-B-l.
