Job Description In our team, you build the autonomous systems that reshape how Bosch Power Solutions works. We develop AI agents that take over complex business and engineering processes end to end, and we apply intelligent automation where traditional software reaches its limits.

You design and implement agentic automation for business and engineering processes along the entire product life cycle, replacing manual routines with autonomous, reliable, and observable AI workflows. You take ownership of the architecture and implementation of complex, highly scalable multi-agent systems, and you work fluently in both low-code orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Copilot Studio) and rich-code frameworks (Python with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP).

You seamlessly integrate LLMs with existing enterprise IT systems, engineering tools, and data pipelines, building robust agentic systems. Your tech stack includes: Agentic AI:  Tool and function calling, agent memory and state management, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and systematic evaluation of agent behavior. You use AI coding agents in your own daily development work. Programming languages:  Strong knowledge of Python (AsyncIO, FastAPI, Pytest, typing, packaging).
