Job Description Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities for the SPS package. Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure contractor, subcontractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements and specifications. Review and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, inspection programs and audits. Manage NCRs, RFIs, corrective actions and quality improvements. Coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) and vendor surveillance activities.
Ensure quality documentation and final records are complete and delivered on time. Supervise the SPS QA/QC team and provide quality leadership to the project. Monitor QA/QC KPIs, reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior QA/QC role on EPC projects. Proven managerial/leadership experience in QA/QC.
Experience in offshore oil & gas / subsea projects, preferably SPS. Strong knowledge of QMS, ITPs, audits, NCRs, inspections and vendor surveillance. Experience with contractor/subcontractor and supplier quality management. TotalEnergies QA/QC experience strongly preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment. Willingness to work residentially in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
