This role provides an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely financial information. Main Responsibilities In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical accounting skills, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.
Accurately prepare and post bookkeeping entries, accounts payable and receivable transactions, loan transactions, and bank postings, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and delivered within agreed timelines. Perform bank, investment, and other balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Support the preparation of VAT returns, basic tax filings, management accounts, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Maintain supplier, loan, and accounting records, ensuring client information remains accurate, up to date, and well-organised. Work closely with colleagues across the Client Accounting team, providing accounting and bookkeeping support and contributing to projects and process improvement initiatives when required. Build positive working relationships with clients across multiple jurisdictions, delivering a responsive and high standard of service.
