Job Description Make Daily Collection Calls based on your aging of past due accounts  Work consistently on ensuring customers bring & keep their accounts to agreed payment terms (ie 30 days) Provide customers with on-time daily, weekly or monthly invoicing through various methods; On-line (MTD Reports), Email, Billing Reports; based on the customers' preferences / requirements Accept and Resolve incoming A/R phone calls from internal and external customers in a timely manner,  Respond to Customers' emails within 24 Hours of receipt Qualifications This is a fast paced department with time sensitive deadlines that must be met.  Comfortable with Google sheets or spreadsheets would be considered an asset.
