Job Description Family Focus Forest Hills is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage January 27th, 2027 to January 25th, 2028.  Responsibilities delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members Remuneration guaranteed daily minimum income of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 or half-day) additional shadow billings if above amount is exceeded.

The clinic is professionally managed and well supported by a friendly, experienced administrative team. Physicians have access to an experienced MOA who manages billing, with additional support available from a dedicated billing specialist. The clinic is home to a collaborative team that includes several MOAs, one Family Practice Nurse, two Nurse Practitioners, and two other family physicians. A pediatric allergist is also onsite two days per week, providing an added level of specialized care and collaboration for patients and providers.
