That is where you come in! Job Description Requirements Experience : 7.5+ years Relevant experience in maritime, ports, terminal operations, logistics consulting, or a closely related domain. Strong hands-on experience with Navis Terminal Operating System (TOS) and multiple full-lifecycle Navis implementations. Proven experience with Navis Mixed Cargo or related Navis platforms. Strong understanding of terminal operating models, processes, and operational workflows.
Experience working directly with terminal operators and business stakeholders in customer-facing consulting roles. Experience supporting production cutovers, go-live, stabilization, and operational readiness activities. Strong experience conducting business discovery and requirements workshops with terminal operations teams. Ability to analyse complex operational challenges and translate them into practical, business-focused technology solutions.
Strong understanding of multiple terminal operations including Vessel, Yard, Gate, Rail, Barge, Breakbulk, RoRo, Automotive, Project Cargo, Hazmat, Equipment, Resource Planning, and Inventory Management. Experience in multipurpose, RoRo, automotive, breakbulk, container, rail, or intermodal terminal environments is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with terminal operators, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Comfortable engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders and presenting operational findings and recommendations. Strong consulting mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced, mission-critical delivery environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, operations, and technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and customer outcomes. Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to high-performing consulting teams. Exposure to AI-enabled operations, operational optimization, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage. Willingness to contribute to presales, solution development, customer discovery, and the development of future terminal modernization consulting offerings.
Responsibilities Lead the functional implementation of the Navis Mixed Cargo Terminal Operating System (TOS) for major port and terminal customers. Facilitate workshops with terminal operations teams to understand operational workflows, business processes, and system requirements. Analyse current-state terminal operations and identify gaps between legacy TOS capabilities and Navis functionality. Define and document business processes, operational scenarios, functional requirements, and process improvements.
Serve as the primary functional consultant and day-to-day customer liaison throughout the Navis Mixed Cargo implementation. Act as the key bridge between terminal operators, business stakeholders, Navis implementation teams, and technical delivery teams. Validate business requirements and recommend practical solutions aligned with industry best practices and operational realities. Provide functional consulting expertise across Vessel, Yard, Gate, Rail, Barge, Breakbulk, RoRo, Automotive Logistics, Project Cargo, Hazmat Goods, Equipment Management, Resource Planning, and Inventory Management.
