Job Description Tasks  Support the design and implementation of leading HR programmes, talent management policies, frameworks, solutions, and processes that support organisational objectives and workforce development; Collaborate closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders across the organisation, and external partners, fostering continuous dialogue to gather feedback and ensure HR policies and solutions effectively meet organisational and business needs; Support the development of high-quality, concise, and impactful materials, including policies, frameworks, processes, and communication packages, tailored to audiences ranging from end users to senior leadership and executive management; Leverage people analytics, workforce metrics, employee surveys, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive evidence-based decision-making, inform strategic talent solutions, and promote continuous improvement throughout the employee lifecycle; Support the digital transformation agenda by exploring, evaluating, and adopting innovative methodologies, digital tools, and emerging technologies to enhance HR services and processes.
Qualifications Experience  Masters in Human Resources or in a relevant discipline; Extensive experience in developing and managing HR policies and talent management solutions within large, multicultural, and international organisations; Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and visualise data, translating insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicating their impact and benefits to stakeholders and target audiences; In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including emerging trends, policies, methodologies, and industry developments; Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills; Outstanding English communication and drafting skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and Executive Board members.
