The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Engineering Leadership, Technology, Solving AI led Engineering problems, People Management Skills & Engineering Operational Excellence. As a Senior Software Manager You will own a Functional area comprising multiple tech components.  Drive Technical roadmap focusing more on platformisation, generic components and own tech metrics like product reliability, performance and availability.  Familiar with academic research, industry trends and standards.

Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development. Technology Ownership Own and evolve the core technical systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Provide technical guidance and make architecture decisions in collaboration with senior engineers. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. Expertise in designing and implementing diverse data delivery solutions, including real-time streaming architectures, efficient batch processing systems and robust API delivery mechanisms.
Roll up your sleeves and go hands on as needed. Product & Roadmap Collaboration Partner with cross teams and staff engineers to define and deliver the product roadmaps. Translate business goals into technical solutions.
