Design, build, and maintain production-grade workflows on our self-hosted n8n Enterprise platform (AWS EKS), supporting business units across the company and helping grow our Citizen Developer / self-service automation program.
Design and build custom AI solutions. Develop applications and tools that use AI to support key business processes. These solutions will be tailored to specific needs across different departments. Connect AI tools with our systems. Integrate external AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) with our existing tools using APIs, low-code platforms like n8n, and custom connectors.
Contribute to our governed knowledge layer. Support and extend our Company Context / Universal RAG Knowledge Base, including document ingestion pipelines, retrieval quality, and access governance. Work with natural language processing (NLP). Create tools for analyzing conversations, automating emails, and generating insights from customer interactions. Build generative AI solutions. Use generative AI to automate tasks like content creation and communication personalization.
Maintain and improve systems. Update code, monitor system performance, and retrain models regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly. Collaborate with tech teams. Work closely with data engineers, DevOps, and other developers to make sure AI tools are scalable and reliable.
