Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Engineer Mechanical to join our organization in  Algeria.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, leveraging your mechanical engineering expertise to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, developing customized solutions, and closing deals while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Identify and analyze customer needs to develop tailored mechanical solutions and product recommendations Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and specifications that align with customer requirements and organizational capabilities Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective and existing clients Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team on mechanical products and applications Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Prepare technical documentation, case studies, and sales materials Track sales metrics and report on pipeline progress and forecasting Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related technical field Demonstrated sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical requirements Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English Ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and quotations Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Preferred: Industry-specific certifications or credentials in mechanical engineering Preferred: Fluency in  French & English Preferred: Experience with project management methodologies
