How you will create impact:  Manage profitability and growth for the home line of business;   Provide guidance on the rate level and enhance segmentation with new models;   Learn government regulations and best practices in data manipulation;       Work with various programming languages, modeling software and databases such as SAS, SQL, and R;    Produce the necessary statistics and analysis on an ad-hoc basis.

  To join our team:   You have completed a minimum of one year, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Data Science.   You are a team player, adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment.   Asset: You have experience with SQL, Python or R.   How you will succeed: You have strong time management and organizational skills.

You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions. You are well organized and detailed. You have strong communication skills to convey messages and explore diverse points of view. You build and maintain trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of shared programs and practices. What you need to know: You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate. What’s in it for you?
