The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Include the following.   Receive and review orders for accuracy and completeness Ensure the correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping details to ensure accuracy Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely manner Prepare shipping documentation and labels in compliance with regulatory and company requirements Monitor and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery and proactively address delays Communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing – with internal teams, carriers, and customers to provide shipping updates Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information Enter finished goods into SAP with accuracy and attention to detail Support general warehouse and facility tasks during downtime, including cleaning, organizing, or operating a forklift (if certified)   BASIC REQUIREMENTS   High School diploma or GED required Prior warehouse experience preferred SAP system experience is a plus Comfortable working in a cold environment with fluctuating temperatures Ability to obtain a pallet jack and/or forklift license preferred     COMPETENCIES   Communication Communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels – oral, written, visual, and non-verbal – ensuring our messages are understood and delivered appropriately, whether in-person or digitally.
