✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a  Program Director at the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida✨ South Florida Youth Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services.

The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program. Come as you are and help us create lasting change in the lives of the students we serve. Pay : $95,000.00 annually.   ROP-benefits-and-perks-2   What you will do: The Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services.  The Director is responsible for the day-to-day site operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training.

This position provides administrative oversight for the site, serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board, is the leader of the site management team, and ensures that the Mission and Values of ROP are represented in every facet under his/her organizational control To be considered, you should: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, four years of related experience in residential facility management is required, can pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, and TB test; and you must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. On-call on weekends as needed.  Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
