As the Corporate Travel Specialist, you will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees, ensuring a seamless experience across flights, hotels, and ground transportation. You will oversee end-to-end logistics, coordinate complex domestic and international itineraries, and handle executive leadership travel with the utmost discretion. By monitoring travel spend, negotiating with vendors, and enforcing policy compliance, you will drive cost savings and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and oversee all reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds Coordinate complex itineraries, including multi-stop international routes and high-priority leadership travel with the utmost discretion and efficiency Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate with vendors while ensuring strict compliance with company travel policies Provide proactive support to travelers before, during, and after trips, resolving travel-related issues quickly to minimize business disruption Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Executive Support) to align travel needs with business objectives Stay actively informed on domestic and international travel regulations, visa requirements, and entry restrictions Perform other duties as assigned Supervisor Responsibilities : No What We Are Looking For: 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, including proven expertise booking complex multi-leg domestic and international travel Deep knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics, regulations, and proficiency with standard travel booking systems Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a dedicated focus on providing seamless travel experiences and proactive support Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple bookings simultaneously, work under pressure, and quickly adapt to last-minute changes High attention to detail with the proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling executive travel needs Nice To Have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee, but provide the primary duties and responsibilities of the role.
