Together we win!   THE OPPORTUNITY The Officer, Branch Operations Manager is responsible for achieving branch goals and overall business success.  Provide direction, leadership and motivation to ensure that the office team achieves service, growth, operational audits and goals.  Supervises the day-to-day operational functions of the branch.  Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Bank policies.

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.   HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Assure high quality and friendly customer service and adherence to growth and brand standards. Resolve customer inquiries/complaints and situations in a positive professional and efficient manner.

Promote effective operational and service environment. Monitor staff’s performance relative to losses, differences and mitigating risk.  When appropriate, coach for improved performance. Approve transactions within established guidelines, and escalate when required Participate in the opening and closing of branch.  Conduct security inspection of building and grounds under dual control.

Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures. Review daily reports. Assist Branch Manager in meeting deposit growth goals. Assist Branch Manager in achieving satisfactory audit ratings and delivering quality branch certification packages Identify and mitigate audit and operational risk. Monitoring expense control. Involved with interviewing and hiring decisions.

Prepare and deliver in a timely manner, the employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and corrective action notices as applicable. Manage, support, coach and train staff to ensure that immediate action is taken to improve performance Involved with interviewing and hiring decisions.
