St. Helen School is currently seeking a full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher Aide for the upcoming school year. Preschool Teacher Aides support the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children. This role involves assisting with classroom activities, supervising children, and helping meet the social, emotional, physical, and academic needs of young learners.

Pre-K Teacher Aides are expected to be organized, open, and positive with their students, inspiring creative and academic success. Our curriculum uses a constructivist, play-based format, incorporating Illinois early learning standards that focus on the development of the whole child. By providing engaging learning experiences that promote group learning, Teacher Aides guide students as they develop the educational and spiritual foundation necessary to enter Kindergarten.
