Build the Future of Precision Manufacturing Are you an experienced CNC Programmer who takes pride in developing sophisticated machining processes and producing precision components to exacting standards? ALIGN PRECISION is growing in Horsham, Pennsylvania, and we’re looking for talented CNC Programmers to join our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team supporting advanced manufacturing and close-tolerance machining.
You’ll work with modern equipment, sophisticated CAD/CAM technology, and challenging components while collaborating with engineers, machinists, and manufacturing leaders to develop efficient, repeatable processes. If you are someone who enjoys solving complex machining challenges, takes ownership of your work, and is passionate about precision manufacturing, we want to hear from you. THE OPPORTUNITY As a CNC Programmer, you will transform engineering concepts and raw materials into highly precise, functional components.
You will develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs while working closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure programs are safe, efficient, repeatable, and capable of consistently meeting customer and engineering requirements. This role is ideal for a programmer who is comfortable working in a close-tolerance milling environment and has hands-on experience with multi-axis and 5-axis machining.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain multi-axis CNC programs using Mastercam CAD/CAM software . Program advanced 5-axis 3+2 machining ; simultaneous 5-axis programming experience is highly desirable. Collaborate with Process Engineers, machinists, supervisors, and other programmers to develop effective machining processes. Use Vericut machine simulation to verify programs and help ensure collision-free machining.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, tooling information, and process specifications.
