Customer Service Rep (Monte Package)

Monte Package Company (a Bunzl company) is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riverside, MI.  This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers, coordinating daily office activities, and ensuring orders and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally Maintain customer records and documentation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines Support general office operations and administrative functions Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Proven customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional, confident, and personable demeanor Resourceful problem solver who remains calm under pressure Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Preferred Experience working in distribution, packaging, industrial products, or a related industry.
