The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers competitive relocation assistance! Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Interest in apparel color development, textiles, product creation, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain and organize color standards, libraries, and reference materials. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform detailed quality checks and ensure accuracy. Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn and apply color management processes and Color Sphere standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Flexible and demonstrates a positive attitude. Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related field. Must successfully pass the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Color Vision Test.
