This is what has driven our teams since 1833.   Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.   But at the heart of our business is our people.     Role Purpose   Coordinate wheelchair and cart services between the Client and employees.  Ensures all data is recorded according to company     What you will be doing     Must be familiar with and abide by all Client/company regulations   Work with Client Special Services Representatives to ensure all requests for services are met.

  Escalate issues to operations Manager Immediately.   Communicate and interact courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary.    Maintain all service transactions in wheelchair tracking program (Watershed and Excel) format.    Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from Client representatives and employees in a professional and timely manner.

  Maintain and distribute tablets and radios.   Always complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner.    Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.    Provide general information and directions to passengers.   Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.

  Attend meetings and in services as required.   Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.   Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification must always be visible.    Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.

  Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost-effective manner.   Perform other duties as requested.       Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:   You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
