This role will work closely with Assurance leadership to shape how technology is used for improvement and transformation of the Audit practice.
The role will be responsible for developing Audit innovation and technology strategy while identifying high-value opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies, and leading recommendations on Weaver’s investment and timing for build, buy, or partnerships. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA with 10+ years or more of public accounting experience or its equivalent Strong relationship management and practice development skills Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills Demonstrates experience with AI, automation, analytics, low-code/no-code platforms, audit technologies, and other tools that may create value for the Assurance practice Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Weaver Benefits At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.

Annual Base Pay Range for California: $180,000 to $250,000 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. WeaverLEAD We are committed to investing in the strength of our team.
