Guest Service Attendant

Tiburon Golf Course , located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities: Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning  Maintains cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf Performs range maintenance such as: Maintaining practice ball supply, bag stands, ball pyramids, and overall upkeep  Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; six months to a year customer service experience Regular and reliable attendance; including weekends and holidays Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
