This position plays an important role in supporting daily restaurant operations while helping create an exceptional guest experience for members, golfers, locals, and resort guests. Position Responsibilities: • Daily supervision of restaurant operations • Manages daily paperwork • Oversees daily restaurant activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties • Supervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant • Develops relationships with the members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needs • Must be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurant • Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized • Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state laws • Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements: • Must have 1+ years of related experience in Food and Beverage • Experience in a Gaming environment preferred • We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic leader, who can motivate and mentor the team while improving overall guest satisfaction • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws • Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills Working Conditions: • Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending • The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands • The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.
