SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE)

The primary purposes of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor providing planning and direction to,orginizing work for, and exercising control over assigned nonsupervisory subordinate employees. Major duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the section/unit, ensuring that the courses taughtcomply withlegal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels Represents the training unit/element supervised with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed Education: IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications, you MUST submit transcripts with the application.
