Major duties: The primary purpose of this position is: Organize, plan, and execute Operator Engagement Talks with selected partner nations and Warfighter Talks with other US military services and Combatant Commands. Responsible for advocating the proper role of air, space and cyberspace power within a Joint/Combined Force.
Duties: Operator Engagement Talks Planner: IAW AFI 16-117 plans, schedules, develops and executes Operator Engagement Talks (OETs), on behalf of the CSAF, with designated partner and allied countries (15 approved countries) on a 15-24 month cycle. Warfighter Talks Planner: Plans and executes Warfighter Talks with service counterparts (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force) and selected Combatant Commands (US Special Operations Command, US Strategic Command, US Space Command, others as directed).
Staff Administrator and Coordinator: Must be able to achieve effective staff actions and produce products that meet the intent of assigned tasks and anticipate future requirements. Presents high level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
