About the Position: Serves as a Human Resources Specialist for Civilian Human Resources Service Center (CHRSC). The CHRSC provides services to complex organizations which have HR projects that are often sensitive and extremely difficult to resolve. This position is located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Major duties: Provide expert Civilian Human Resources advisory and technical services for complex and impactful customer functions and work practices.,Analyze and advise on staffing requirements, resources, and problems involving a high degree of complexity.,Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, and recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive programs.,Provide position classification management advisor services that typically deal with difficult, complex, and often issues controversial to position management.,Use and provide advice and assistance on automated personnel programs such as Fully Automated System Classification (FASCLASS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), and USA Staffing.
