About the Position: Position is located at Fort Buchanan. Fort Buchanan is located near San Juan, Puerto Rico, within a short drive from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, Old San Juan, and most popular tourist attractions and beaches. Major duties: Perform with tact, courtesy, and firmness in the performance of all force protection duties, and exercise patience, discretion to the customers.,Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), telephone systems, and activates and deactivates CCTV.,Answer brief visitor questions, determines whether appropriate authorization for access exists, and provides assistance.,Prepare reports using automated programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft word, excel, and power point.,Initiate search reports from the computer database to determine causes of problems or anomalies with the system.
