About the Position: This position is located with the 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, at White Sands Missile Range, NM. This position will be filled as a term appointment NTE 13 months. Internal Army employees may also apply under Announcement Number -MCGK-26-13057243-MP to be considered for a time limited assignment. Major duties: Manage Property assets utilizing the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).,Reports property records discrepancies and adjusts property records in accordance with local policy.,Performs annual, 100% inventory of all accountable.,Serves as the Accountable Property Officer (APO) with responsibility for overall management, direction, and control of the Installation Property Book Office.,Implements local policies and procedures for property book management, ensuring compliance with established regulations.,Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and studies in support of the property book program's operations.,Develop employee performance standards to evaluate work for accuracy, adequacy, and adherence to policies.
