About the Position: The incumbent will be assigned to the 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Plans and Operations Division, at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Major duties: Manage Property assets utilizing the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).,Reports property records discrepancies and adjusts property records in accordance with local policy.,Performs annual, 100% inventory of all accountable.,Serves as the Accountable Property Officer (APO) with responsibility for overall management, direction, and control of the Installation Property Book Office.,Implements local policies and procedures for property book management, ensuring compliance with established regulations.,Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and studies in support of the property book program's operations.,Develop employee performance standards to evaluate work for accuracy, adequacy, and adherence to policies.
