About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Program Manager responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of major projects. In this role, the incumbent actively directs a diverse portfolio of programs, projects, and innovative acquisition strategies from inception through completion. Major duties: Integrate all district functions, stakeholder needs, regulatory requirements, and other agencies’ commitments in support of assigned projects into a comprehensive management plan.,Formulate, develop, and execute comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMP) and Program Management Plans (PgMP).,Coordinate study, planning, design, cost engineering, and construction activities for projects of considerable scope and complexity, often complicated by diverse stakeholder interests, technical intricacies, and special acquisition strategies.,Provide expert input for the continuous improvement of process and refinement of best practices for district-wide programs.,Seek out, consolidate, and analyze disparate information from multiple sources to provide cohesive, actionable intelligence for HQ, regional, and district leadership.,Manage project milestones and budget throughout the project or program lifecycle.,Analyze cost reports, identify and correct unauthorized charges, and take corrective actions to maintain agreed-upon schedule and cost.,As the designated point of contact, represent the District Commander in communications with stakeholders, including Federal, state, and local agencies, Congressional interests, and Partner Nation representatives.,Lead the negotiation of all required stakeholder agreements.,Provide trend analyses, status updates, and recommendations to guide decision-making.
