Student loan repayment may be available This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major duties: Serve as a senior Primary Care–Mental Health Integration (PC-MHI) Program Manager responsible for the full lifecycle development, implementation, and evaluation of PC-MHI policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.,Provide expert guidance to Defense Health Agency (DHA) leadership on all aspects of PC-MHI operations and ensure program alignment with DHA and Department of War priorities.,Lead continuous quality improvement efforts to strengthen clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency.,Provide clinical and procedural consultation to PC-MHI staff and Medical Treatment Facility leadership, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, professional ethics, and DHA guidelines.,Oversee the execution, training, and clinical direction of Integrated Mental Health Consultant (IMHC) and Mental Health Care Facilitator (MHCF) roles across designated Defense Health Networks (DHNs).,Monitor data-driven outcomes, identify emerging needs, and establish program initiatives that enhance access, quality, and continuity of behavioral health services within primary care settings.
