You will serve as a Aircraft Mechanic Leader in the Commanding Officer, MRO production Department, Production Lines Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Major duties: You will remove, assemble, install, test, and adjust oil, fuel, pneumatic, high-pressure bleed air, hydro/electric, and various pneumatically and hydraulically actuated mechanisms and systems.,You will disassemble, assemble, modify, overhaul, prototype, and repair production cell operation of hydraulic, mechanical, and related structural systems.,You will install and adjust flight controls, control cables, rods, bell cranks, pulleys and fairleads.,You will install tubing, tanks, fuel cells, valves, gauges, controls and supports.,You will remove, install, align and rig flight control systems, rotor systems, engines and related parts.,You will provide on-the-job training for the full range of Aircraft Mechanic duties, on various fixed, rotary wing and trainer aircraft and aircraft components.
