SUPV INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (POLICY AND PLANNING)

You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist in the Digital Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Branch of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level. The full performance level is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level Major duties: You will serve as the Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Specialist (Competency Branch Head) and first-line supervisor within the Digital Transformation Division.,You will focus on IT personnel management and ensure the long-term technical health, capability, and readiness of the IT workforce.,You will manage and supervise IT professionals of varying disciplines and grade levels, leading a diverse workforce that provides enterprise digital infrastructure and IT logistics support to the Fleet.,You will assign work to subordinates based on strategic IT priorities and Agile tasking frameworks considering the complexity of technical infrastructure and security.,You will be responsible for staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance and quality improvement.
