Major duties: Serves as a senior technical expert and top-level planner in the information technology discipline applied to perimeter defense.,Establishes long-range program objectives and requirements in matters relevant to assigned expertise.,Defines financial support requirements, proposed schedules, and management support needed.,Supports to the highest levels of DISA and DoW management proposals and programs for partnering with DoW Components research and development efforts relative to the Department of War Information Network architecture and operating environment.,Contributes to the formulation and definition of overall mission and program objectives and requirements.
Education: There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.
