Major duties: As a Security Specialist (Classification Management) you will be responsible for the following duties:,Serves as the principal information security representative and technical advisor, providing expert recommendations to DXM personnel, senior leadership and interagency partners.,Conducts classification determinations, reviews, derivations, reclassification and declassification actions.,Represent SOG in internal and senior-level security discussions and policy negotiations.,Oversees information security compliance, reporting, and corrective actions; advise leadership on improvements.,Develops Program Protection Plans and strategies.
Education: Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
