Major duties: Identifies Procurement process issues and problems of particularly high visibility and criticality to the agency.,Studies policies and assesses impact on processes, procedures, systems, data, and customer and supplier organizations.,Identifies, develops, and manages process-specific Key Performance Indicators and metrics to determine if results meet defined goals and objectives, advising on the effectiveness and suitability of deploying new enterprise process initiatives.,Develops and implements guidance and procedures for enterprise-wide Procurement functional processes, advising on goals and objectives related to Key Performance Indicators and metrics.,Participates in the creation of and actions pertaining to Procure to Pay (P2P} Process as well as internal controls and compliance test planning and execution.,Supports audit requirements and requests from Auditors and Program Management Office.,Responsible for interpreting regulatory requirements that impact the Procurement process area and coordinating the response to the major Congressional, General Accounting Office (GAO}, or IG investigations, audits, and/or inspections.,Responsible for the extraction, analysis, and visualization of procurement data to empower enhanced decision making.
