You will serve as a subject matter expert in digital forensics in a laboratory, using various software and hardware solutions to conduct advanced laboratory analysis on digital evidence, including portable and electronic media devices.
This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10). Major Duties include: Conducting highly specialized computer and mobile forensic research in a forensically sound manner. Developing and implementing mobile device test plans for mobile forensic tool validation and verification. Preserving, authenticating and analyzing digital evidence to reconstruct events.
