You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Resources Management Branch (Code 1102.2). Administrative Services Division, Executive Support Office (Code 1100), of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Major duties: You will research, review, analyze, and interpret OPM, DoD, and NAVSEA policies that impact personnel.,You will use comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, and principles of personnel management.,You will analyze and measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive administrative and technical programs which are critical to Shipyard operations.,You will direct the maintenance of records, statistics, and data on personnel and administrative programs.
